Recruitment platform for projects implemented by VIZJA University – Project entitled „Towards Excellence – Systemic Support for the Development of Teaching at the University”.

The recruitment is ongoing for the forms of support under the project entitled „Towards Excellence – Systemic Support for the Development of Teaching at the University”. The project is implemented within the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021‑2027, co‑financed from the European Social Fund Plus.

Types of forms of support:

Mandatory trainings (completion of 4 mandatory training courses is a condition for participation in elective training courses and study visits) 

• Training “AI in teaching – how to effectively use ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepL and other tools in higher education teaching”
• Training “Modern digital tools in teaching – from MS Teams to Moodle+”
• Training “Practical application of the 7R principle in higher education teaching”
• Training “Principles of universal design in higher education teaching”

Elective trainings (only for persons who have completed/complete 4 mandatory training courses indicated above):

• Training “Use of professional databases and their application in the educational process",
• Training “Preparation and delivery of classes using the Flipped Classroom method”,
• Training “Equality in diversity – counteracting discrimination and exclusion in teaching”;
• Specialist English language course – vocabulary and expressions related to the higher education teaching process (for teaching staff members delivering classes in English).

Study visits to foreign academic institutions (only for persons who have completed/complete 4 mandatory training courses indicated above):

• Study visit to Pollenzo University of Gastronomic Sciences, Italy
• Study visit to University of Split, Croatia
• Study visit to Luarasi University, Albania
• Study visit to Khazar University, Azerbaijan
• Study visit to Istanbul Bilgi University, Turkey
• Study visit to Arizona State University, United States
